Goods will be dispatched via 2nd Class Service of Royal Mail or Post Office within the UK
Return & Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION FOR UK BUYERS

You have right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The goods should be unused, unworn and in re-sellable condition.

The goods should have original tags, labels attached and should be in their original packing.

All non-clothing goods:

should be tried indoors and should not show any sign of wear.

scuff protection packing like shrink wrapping should not be removed.

retain any bubble wraps and use it while returning the goods.

All clothing goods:

should be tried indoors and should not show any sign of wear.

should absolutely be in hygienic condition, any signs of usage or in-hygiene will affect your cancellation request.

We would love to know the reason for cancellation.

Your cancellation request email will be acknowledge within 24 hours.

Instructions for returns postage shall be provided in the email and you would have further 14 days to return the goods.

Please obtain certificate of ‘Proof of Posting’ while posting the goods. This will be your proof in-case of goods going missing in the transit. Please retain this until you receive the refund.

We will inspect the returned goods and process the refunds within 7 days of receiving the goods. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 15 days subject to bank clearing times.

We are unable to refund any postage charges incurred.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Make no mistake, we are here to provide you quality goods, whether they are from our own brand or the brands we sell.

Please examine the goods on receiving, if found damaged please do not use the goods and report it immediately as “damaged in postage”

We will request you to send us photographic evidence to assess the damage. Wear and tear caused by usage and damaged caused by improper usage is not a manufacturing defect.

Please do not try to repair the goods yourself or alter the goods. Goods found altered for any reason shall not be eligible for repair or replacement.

Goods with manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced if reported within 6 months of purchase.

Our policy does not cover goods beyond 6 months after purchase.
